_{[New Works] His first solo show in Brazil featured the last two paintings from the Doce jinetes para tres finales [Twelve Horsemen for Three Ends] series and the painting El Juegador [The Gamer], where the world of virtual avatars and videogames seemed to come out of the canvas and into real life. The show also included a group of drawings and paintings from the Trece novelas y un manual de usuario [Thirteen Novels and a User´s Manual] series, works that represented the contradictions in the codes for reading painting and literature understood as visual disciplines consumed at different speed.}
